About the event

🌿 Trouver sa Voix — Find Your Voice, Find Your Path 🌿

A Six-Week Embodied Journey for Women

Every Thursdays, September 24–October 29, 2026 | 6:00–8:30 pm | Mill Bay, BC

Limited to 10 women

Trouver sa voix is an invitation to create space within—to listen to your body, reconnect with your truth, and allow your authentic voice and creative expression to emerge.

This is not about learning how to sing or perform. It is about feeling safe enough to be seen, heard, and expressed as you truly are.

This journey may be for you if:

  • You often hold back, adapt, or silence yourself to fit in

  • You find it difficult to express your needs, boundaries, desires, or truth

  • You feel disconnected from your body, voice, creativity, or inner knowing

  • You are moving through a transition and listening for what comes next

  • You are ready to release old stories or patterns carried through your life or family lineage

  • You long for meaningful connection with other women

  • You want to feel more grounded, confident, and free in your expression

What this journey can support:

  • A deeper sense of safety and belonging within yourself

  • Greater trust in your body, intuition, and inner wisdom

  • More clarity around your needs, desires, boundaries, and direction

  • The confidence to use your voice and take up space

  • A renewed connection with creativity, pleasure, and personal power

  • Compassion for the parts of yourself that have been hidden or silenced

  • The experience of being witnessed within a supportive circle of women

Through dance, movement, sound, voice, nature, reflection, and connection, we will explore what it means to come home to ourselves—creating space for what is ready to be expressed, reclaimed, honoured, or released.

Each gathering will weave together:

  • Grounding and intention

  • Conscious dance and embodied movement

  • Gentle voice activation and creative expression

  • Sound healing and integration

  • Connection with nature and the land

  • Reflection on the stories held within our bodies and lineage

  • Tea and supportive sharing circles

  • Practices to explore between gatherings

The Six-Week Journey

Week 1 — Creating Safety Within

Grounding, belonging, and creating the foundations of our circle.

Week 2 — Water, Receiving & AbunDance

Exploring flow, abundance, and our relationship with money through embodied practices and dance, with guest Ekaterina Thomas.

Week 3 — The Compassionate Heart

Softening into self-compassion and connection, supported by a heart-opening cacao elixir.

Week 4 — Reclaiming Our Inner Fire

Connecting with personal power, boundaries, desires, and permission to take up space.

Week 5 — Inner Vision & Authentic Voice

Listening to our intuition and opening to our truth, voice, and unique expression.

Week 6 — Embodying Our Voice

Integration, creative expression, and the experience of being witnessed and celebrated.

No previous experience with dance or voice is needed. Everything will remain an invitation, and you will always be encouraged to honour your body, boundaries, and own pace.

This intimate series is intentionally offered for women only, supporting a sense of trust and safety as we explore the vulnerability of being witnessed and allowing our voices to be heard.

Registration is for the complete six-week journey, allowing trust, connection, and safety to deepen within the group over time.

An invitation to create space within.

To listen for what is true.

To honour where you come from and open to where you are going.

Find your voice. Find your path. Find your truth

You don’t need any experience with dance, sound, or voice — only a willingness to show up as you are.

🌿About Adeline:

Adeline is a Sound and Energy Healer and Thai Massage Practitioner, also trained in Kundalini Dance.

Her work weaves together sound, energy, and intuitive movement to support a return to the body — where the nervous system can settle, the breath can deepen, and a more honest connection to self can emerge.

Through crystal and Tibetan bowls, gong, drum, and voice, she creates spaces of deep listening and presence, where what is ready to release, shift, or integrate can unfold naturally.

Alongside her sound work, Adeline also facilitates movement journeys inspired by Kundalini Dance teachings, inviting a gentle exploration of the body’s energy through intuitive, free-form expression.

Her approach is grounded, intuitive, and rooted in a deep connection to the Earth — offering spaces that are both supportive and quietly transformative.
