As the wheel turns toward the darker half of the year, the plants offer their final songs, and the wind and rain invite us inward.
Autumn whispers of both release and reverence — a season of reflection, grief, and quiet renewal.
In Traditional Chinese Medicine, Fall belongs to the Metal element, connected to Spirit, and to the Lungs & Large Intestine — the sacred dance of taking in & letting go, contraction & expansion. This is a time to nourish our immunity, tend to our breath, and strengthen our inner boundaries while softening into the natural cycles of death and rebirth.
Grief may arise gently, like mist through cedars — reminding us of what has been lost, and what continues to live on in new forms.
The veils between worlds grow thin, and the presence of our ancestors and unseen allies feels closer.
Together, we’ll enter a restorative container of Sound and Acupuncture, attuning body and spirit through vibration, stillness, and breath.A space to soothe, release, and reconnect — with yourself, your lineage, and the rhythm of the Earth.
Together, we’ll:
🌬️ Explore the energies of the Metal element and the Lung & Large Intestine meridians, with insights on how to support ourselves through this season of release and renewal
🌾 Share intentions and reflections on what we’re ready to let go of, and what feels precious or ready to be received
🌀 Receive a gentle Acupuncture treatment from Emily to harmonize body and spirit
🎶 Be guided by Adeline on a deeply grounding & restorative Sound Healing
🍵 Sip herbal tea and rest in community, held in the rhythm of breath and belonging
Come as you are. Leave more connected — to your breath, your body, your roots, and the quiet wisdom of the season.

Currently, she enjoys treating all kinds of patients- and especially has enjoyed caring for women and mothers, pre & postnatal care and birth support as well as hosting monthly community acupuncture and herbal resources for local youth.
She is deeply inspired and resourced by her connection and love for plants and the natural world.
About Adeline:
Adeline is a Sound and Energy Healer, Thai Massage Practitioner, trained in Kundalini Dance. Her journey into healing began with Kundalini yoga and chanting, opening the doorway to energy work, Reiki, and the unseen currents of life.
The birth of her Sacred Drum deepened her connection to the Earth and its whispers—the trees, the elements, the animals, and the spirit world. Through this deep listening, she found her anchor, her strength, and the remembrance of an ancient wisdom flowing through her.
This path has been one of heart-opening and voice liberation, guiding her back to the essence of her medicine. Through sound, she transmits the vibrations and codes she carries—offering healing, reconnection, and a bridge to the sacred.
