About the event

Microdose, Sound & Breath Journey

A Ceremony of Letting Go Under the Fall Full Moon

September 26 | 12–5 pm | Ohm Zome, Duncan

With Sequoyah Rose & Adeline Dubois

$188 | Limited to 12 participants

On September 26, under the fall full moon, we invite you to join us for a Microdose, Sound & Breath Journey at the Ohm Zome.

Autumn is the great teacher of letting go. The trees do not cling to their leaves, and the moon at her fullest begins, that same night, her turn toward release.

In that spirit, we will gather around the theme of letting go: loosening our grip on what we have been carrying, and offering our prayers, our intentions, and our love—first to ourselves, and then to one another.

We will weave microdose ceremony, sound, and breath into an afternoon of deep listening. There is something that happens when a small circle breathes together that cannot happen alone. The body softens. The guard comes down. What has been waiting underneath finally has room to speak.

We are keeping this circle intentionally small—just 12 people—so that each person can be truly held. Four places are already reserved.

About Sequoyah (Melissa):

Sequoyah brings over 30 years of experience in the healing arts. She is a Certified Hellerwork Structural Integration Practitioner, Somatic Relational Counselor, Craniosacral Therapy Provider, Functional Medicine Practitioner, and Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy Practitioner. Melissa holds space with profound presence and compassion, guiding others into deeper alignment with their bodies, nervous systems, and essential selves. Her work bridges the science of the nervous system with the sacred intelligence of the soul.

About Adeline:

Adeline is a Sound & Energy Healer whose work is rooted in deep listening — to the body, the Earth, and the subtle currents that move through life.

Through sound journeys using crystal bowls, gong, drum, and voice, she creates spaces where the mind softens and the body returns to its natural rhythm. Her work invites a reconnection with presence, allowing what is ready to release or awaken to unfold in its own time.

Adeline also facilitates movement journeys inspired by Kundalini dance teachings, where intuitive movement invites a deeper connection with the body and its energy
