About the event

Journey Through the Chakras — Winter Immersion for Women

You’re invited to a 9-week immersive journey through the chakras — a deep, intentional exploration designed for women who already have some experience with embodiment, movement, sound, or inner work, and who feel ready to go further.

From January 20 to March 10, with a dedicated Integration Session on March 31, we’ll gather in an intimate group of 8–10 women in Cowichan Bay for a spacious, heart-led journey through all 7 chakras plus the Thymus chakra, supported by movement, sound, voice, sharing, and ritual.

Inspired by Kundalini Dance teachings, this is not a performance-based practice. It’s a place to listen deeply, move what’s alive, express what wants voice, and integrate on a cellular level.

Each weekly session is 2.5 hours (6:00–8:30pm), allowing time to slow down, go deeper, and truly integrate — with space for rest, sharing, and presence.

What’s included in the journey

❤️Kundalini Dance teachings for all 7 chakras + the Thymus chakra

🧡Free-form movement with a tailored playlist each week (yours to keep)

💛Sound healing with voice, drum & sacred instruments

💚Cacao Ceremonies for the Heart chakra and Integration sessions

About Adeline:

Adeline is a Sound and Energy Healer, Thai Massage Practitioner, trained in Kundalini Dance. Her journey into healing began with Kundalini yoga and chanting, opening the doorway to energy work, Reiki, and the unseen currents of life.

The birth of her Sacred Drum deepened her connection to the Earth and its whispers—the trees, the elements, the animals, and the spirit world. Through this deep listening, she found her anchor, her strength, and the remembrance of an ancient wisdom flowing through her.

This path has been one of heart-opening and voice liberation, guiding her back to the essence of her medicine. Through sound, she transmits the vibrations and codes she carries—offering healing, reconnection, and a bridge to the sacred.
