🌕 Full Moon in Aries • Supermoon Sound JourneySunday, October 6th | 6:00 – 8:00 pm | Ohm Zome

The Full Moon in Aries rises as a Supermoon — bold, fiery, and close to Earth, amplifying everything we feel. This lunation arrives in the heart of harvest season, illuminating what we’ve been tending and asking us to release what no longer fuels our growth.

Aries brings the spark of courage, passion, and new beginnings. The Harvest Moon invites gratitude for what has ripened, and clarity on what we are ready to let go of as the seasons shift. Together, they offer a powerful moment to honor both endings and fresh starts — a chance to clear space and step forward with renewed fire.

You are warmly invited to an evening of live sound healing — Gongs, crystal bowls, voice, drum, chimes, and more — guiding you into deep rest, release, and realignment. The vibrations move through body and energy field, helping to ground, soften, and reconnect with the wisdom of the heart and body.

🌀 What’s Included:

  • Opening circle & grounding meditation

  • Calming herbal tea & shared intention setting

  • Full Sound Healing Journey (voice & instruments)

  • A safe, inclusive space to simply rest, receive & reconnect

🌿 Why Sound Healing?

Sound bypasses the thinking mind and speaks directly to the body and energy field. Through harmonic frequencies and intentional resonance, sound helps:

  • Clear stagnant energy and emotional residue

  • Calm the mind and regulate the nervous system

  • Support cellular healing and deep rest

  • Reconnect us to presence, intuition, and peace

Let’s gather in the moonlight and let the sound carry us home to ourselves.

This is a time to pause, listen, and realign with what truly matters. No previous experience needed—just an open heart and a willingness to receive.

About Adeline:

Adeline is a Sound and Energy Healer, Thai Massage Practitioner, trained in Kundalini Dance. Her journey into healing began with Kundalini yoga and chanting, opening the doorway to energy work, Reiki, and the unseen currents of life.

The birth of her Sacred Drum deepened her connection to the Earth and its whispers—the trees, the elements, the animals, and the spirit world. Through this deep listening, she found her anchor, her strength, and the remembrance of an ancient wisdom flowing through her.

This path has been one of heart-opening and voice liberation, guiding her back to the essence of her medicine. Through sound, she transmits the vibrations and codes she carries—offering healing, reconnection, and a bridge to the sacred.
