🌕 Full Moon Sound Healing Journey • Flower Moon in Scorpio • Friday, May 1st · 6–8pm | Ohm Zome
This May Full Moon, often called the Flower Moon, arrives through the waters of Scorpio — inviting a deeper kind of release.
Scorpio energy tends to bring to the surface what has been quietly held beneath: old emotional patterns, attachments, or tensions ready to soften and move. It’s less about force, and more about allowing what’s ready to shift to unfold naturally.
At the same time, there’s a quiet invitation toward renewal — like something within you making space for new growth, even if it’s not fully visible yet.
This sound journey offers a space to lie down, be held, and gently meet whatever is present.
We begin with a simple intention-sharing circle, arriving slowly into the space. From there, you’ll be guided into an immersive sound experience with crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, gong, drum, and voice — supporting the body in releasing, settling, and returning to its natural rhythm.
A moment to soften.
To release what’s ready.
To come back to yourself.
No experience needed. You’re welcome as you are 🌿
🌀 What’s Included:
Opening circle & grounding meditation
What is needed to release in the fire
Calming herbal tea & shared intention setting
Full Sound Healing Journey (voice & instruments)
A safe, inclusive space to simply rest, receive & reconnect
🌿 Why Sound Healing?
Sound bypasses the thinking mind and speaks directly to the body and energy field. Through harmonic frequencies and intentional resonance, sound helps:
Clear stagnant energy and emotional residue
Calm the mind and regulate the nervous system
Support cellular healing and deep rest
Reconnect us to presence, intuition, and peace
Under the Flower Full Moon in Scorpio, we’re invited to gently release what’s been held beneath the surface and create space for deeper renewal. A moment to reconnect with your inner truth and allow what’s ready to shift, soften, or transform to unfold in its own time.
This is a time to pause, listen, and realign with what truly matters. No previous experience needed—just an open heart and a willingness to receive.

About Adeline:
Adeline is a Sound and Energy Healer and Thai Massage Practitioner, also trained in Kundalini Dance.
Her work weaves together sound, energy, and intuitive movement to support a return to the body — where the nervous system can settle, the breath can deepen, and a more honest connection to self can emerge.
Through crystal and Tibetan bowls, gong, drum, and voice, she creates spaces of deep listening and presence, where what is ready to release, shift, or integrate can unfold naturally.
Alongside her sound work, Adeline also facilitates movement journeys inspired by Kundalini Dance teachings, inviting a gentle exploration of the body’s energy through intuitive, free-form expression.
Her approach is grounded, intuitive, and rooted in a deep connection to the Earth — offering spaces that are both supportive and quietly transformative.
