Trauma is like a heavy winter coat, by attuning the instrument of the body we allow it to naturally come back in alignment with its song so that it feels lighter, freer, and no longer weighed down energetically.

Green Forest

1:1 HEALING SESSION

Each healing session includes sound healing, reiki, and gentle touch Thai massage. Sessions are held in person in the traditional territory of the Quw'utsun First Nations (in Cobble Hill or Duncan, BC.)

REMOTE HEALING

In this profound virtual sound journey, Adeline weaves distance energy healing with various sound frequencies with her voice and instruments, including her sacred drum, crystal bowl, and many more. 

GROUP SESSIONS

These sessions are held in small groups, in person, in the traditional territory of the Quw'utsun First Nations (in Duncan, BC). In a safe, inclusive space we explore sound and movement together.
